The Southeast Arkansas Regional Library has served Monticello and Drew County for over 74 years. The Monticello Branch is the largest branch, having just over 60,000 visitors each year. Not only does SEARL offer many library services but they also offer, copy/fax services, notary services, children and adult programs (year-round), a public (non-commercial use) meeting room space seating up to 100 people, and most recently, they have added a StoryWalk along the walking path.
